12. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.
